SHOP POLICIES
REFUND POLICY: We want everyone to be 100% happy with what they purchase. If you aren't, please contact us within 5 days of recieving your item, and we will try and fix any problem that may have occurred. If no mutual conclusion can be reached, we will issue a refund within a week of the piece being returned intact. The customer will be responsible for return shipping cost; this will not be refunded.
Photography prints are fully framed with UV protected TruVue Glass and when glass is involved, unfortunately accidents sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and we will work together to solve the issue.
SHIPPING POLICY: We primarily ship through the USPS (occasionally with UPS) within 3-5 business days for all non framed items (unframed prints & wooden wall decor). You will recieve an email with your tracking info when your item has shipped.
Framed Items: For all items being framed, please allow 1-1 1/2 weeks for shipping. We truly try to get everything to you as soon as possible, but we won't compromise on quality of framing and packing your piece so it's safe and secure.
